Dominique Reese

Executive Director of Plug and Play Foundation

About

Dominique Reese is the Executive Director of the Plug and Play Foundation a 501(c)(3) public charity, the philanthropic and social impact arm of Plug and Play LLC, the world’s largest corporate innovation platform and most active VC in Silicon Valley, where she leads the organization’s mission to cultivate the next generation of impact-driven entrepreneurs. Under her leadership, the Foundation is building a comprehensive pipeline that supports individuals of all ages and organizations at all stages by instilling a thriving entrepreneurial mindset and providing the skills, mentorship, and resources needed to drive scalable innovation and meaningful social impact.

Previously, Dominique served as Director of Social Impact at Plug and Play Tech Center, where she launched and led three strategic initiatives: DRIVE, DRIVERS, and the Plug and Play Foundation. Through DRIVE (Diversity, Respect, Inclusion, Visibility, and Equity), she expanded access to capital and networks for underrepresented founders including launching Cohort 1 and Cohort 2 of the Visa Inclusive Fintech Accelerator, which has supported over 30 diverse startups across North America with mentorship, resources, and access to Visa executives which led to commercial deals for Visa.

Through DRIVERS, she empowered Plug and Play employees to lead and participate in community-centered volunteer efforts, deepening the company’s connection to social good.

Dominique also brings deep expertise in corporate innovation and ecosystem building, having worked in Plug and Play’s Supply Chain Vertical with industry leaders such as Walmart, USPS, DHL, and JB Hunt. This cross-sector experience sharpened her belief in the power of tech-enabled solutions to address both business and societal challenges.

She holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from California State University, East Bay, and continues to bridge the worlds of social impact and entrepreneurship to build a more inclusive, resilient, and opportunity-rich global economy.
