How we teach
Curriculum
TechDev Academy offers problem-centered curriculum design which is also a form of student-centered design. We are focusing on teaching students how to look at a problem and come up with a solution to the problem. Students are thus exposed to real-life issues, which helps them develop skills that are transferable to the real world.
Learning Management System is one of the key points of education. We make sure kids will have feedback for their precious time they spend with TechDev academy. Parents will also see the progress the kids made in robotics.
Anytime Anywhere Robotics
We offer continuous education in robotics without having hardware limitations. Students will be able to work on their projects even though they don’t have robots with them. With Virtual Robots that will be able to test their code and run it anywhere. They will double their learning speed with TechDev Academy.
Programming Environments
A graphical or visual language typically uses drag and drop rather than typing one of the important features of graphical languages is that children don’t have to remember a list of commands or a complex syntax, it’s just there in the environment.
One of our mission is to give kids the skills to make digital projects and to give them transferable skills that apply whatever programming language they are using.
Some children will need to learn the languages that are in use in the industry. But they should learn a text-based language because it’s the right tool for the projects they’re trying to build, Until then, there’s plenty to learn from graphical programming languages. TechDev Academy makes the transition from graphical coding to text-based coding very easy with the right programming environment and hardware
