Refund Policy:
If a student cannot get a visa, the paid amount will be refunded, except for a $100 processing fee.
In the case of cancelling a registration:
• Before May 1, 2026, the full amount, except a $50 processing fee, will be refunded.
• Before July 1, 2026, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
• No refund will be issued after July 1, 2026.
